101 FILMS BOARDS KAT AND THE BAND

101 Films is building up worldwide sales for the movie “Kat And The Band” starring Ella Hunt and McFly’s Dougie Poynter. The original music for the film is written and performed by Some Velvet Morning. This includes fan favourites No Walls, Allies, Musical Chairs and How To Start A Revolution. A previously unissued track, Whistleblower, also features in the film (amongst many other SVM tracks) that chart the trials and tribulations of the fictitious band.

Other familiar British actors that appear in the film include comedian Rufus Hound and Katherine Kelly. Damon Gough, better known as musician Badly Drawn Boy, appears as himself in the film. Read more about “Kat And The Band” in Variety magazine here.
